Residencies

We welcome you to consider residency at OMR.

Residents have exclusive use of one floor of the house which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and small kitchen; as well as access to a communal living room, full kitchen and deck. Most of these spaces are pictured in the gallery below.

A host lives on the top floor, who is available to support your stay, and is sensitive not to intrude in residents’ space and work. Residents coordinate their own meals, essentially left to do their work and have their own relationship with the home and surrounding forest. For this reason, a level of self-sufficiency is requested.

OMR hosts occasional day-long workshops in the communal space, which residents are welcome to join should they wish. The spark of community across creative disciplines and transformation-work is part of what makes OMR magical.

There is no set cost for staying at OMR. We invite you to stay, receive, and give in ways that feel meaningful for you, and that reflect the value of your time at OMR.

Visiting

We invite you to come for a visit to co-create community with us. We are located in North Bend, WA, 40 minutes outside of Seattle in the Cascade foothills. Day and weekend trips are easily done and encouraged. Please feel free to get in touch!
